Good stuff on this location too!
First time I tried Acre Coffee was in their Roastery location in Petaluma; loved it! This location in Petaluma is nothing short of the other in terms of taste and service either! It is in a mall, but is nicely setup and has an outside sitting area as well. The baristas are smiling, at least when we were there, and are good at what they do. -

I got an almond milk latte. I gave 2 stars. One is for decent coffee but not the best I had and the other for good customer service.
The pricing is absolutely ridiculous for a tiny cup. It's basically the XS size cup you have to ask for from Starbucks. Super tiny yet the cost of a bigger one.
PROS:
- clean place
- offered some baked good items
- offer breakfast items
- good customer service
CONS:
- prices are over $4 for an X-Small cup. It ain't that good
- Don't list all the stuff they offer like flavors
- Turmeric latte only comes in decaf. Stoooopid
Sorry I really wanted to like this place, but I'll never come here again. -

I really liked the first downtown location. I want to like this location. But you're making it hard. It's barren looking. You finally added a menu sign that indicates that food can be had. That's cool.
Today's experience was a lesson in patience and futility. Ordered no foam decaf coconut milk latte. Pretty straightforward. But had to haggle w the cashier not to charge me the most for my small personal cup. She grumbled "that's not 8 oz" sure but it's not 16 either!
15 mins later in a not busy 11am line I get a cup of foam. I request more milk and get more foam. When I mentioned that I requested no foam the barista says "that's coconut milk" every other place I've ordered no foam for 2+ decades uses a spoon to hold back foam and give more milk. She just shrugged. So I ask for a spoon get the tiniest spoon and flick 2" of foam out of my cup into the trash. And leave.
Now I've got an awful latte I paid 5 bucks for. Can I get my tip back? Lol, I would never tho the service lacked. The whole thing lacked. Trying to support local businesses shouldn't mean throwing out $6. Oh well good luck w that. -

Good coffee for a chain coffee. The 12 oz is a little pricey but pretty good coffee. I did not get a chance to try their menu or pastries but they looked great.

It has really taken me weeks to want to write this review but here it is! My friend and I come here about 4 times a week for drinks and breakfast! Not one time did I order food or a drink and it came out correctly! For the prices they charge, you'd think the avocado they served isn't black and old?!?! How could you even serve such a disgusting looking and tasting avocado to a customer?! Wait times are unbearable at this point! Thing is, most of the time that we've come in, it's dead. So what on earth is taking so long for a coffee?! Oh wait, I'll tell you! They forgot that you even put in an order to begin with....
